Branding EDM

This email launched the Kate Brooke Melbourne - Spring 2013 Collection, which has subsequently sold out.

 

The highly successfuly campaign achieved a Click Through Rate (CTR) of over 40%.

Sales Driven EDM

AlibiOnline, an online retailer of Australian fashion brands.

 

We were contracted to: 

  • Review their online product brand strategy and consult with product selection

  • Switch website platforms and rebuild their eCommerce site

  • Re-brand the entire suite of online and offline collateral

  • Devise and implement a strategic social media roll out

 

​When we first started working with this client, the average CTR for a sales driven EDM was 14% and currently the average sits around 27% (with several reaching as high as 45%).

 

This EDM is an example of a sales driven email that achieved a CTR of 31%.

Referal Campaign EDM

The purpose of this EDM was to engage existing customers and attract new referrals to the email marketing database.

 

​We ran a competition in which entrants received additional entries for each time they referred a friend or shared the campaign on Facebook and Twitter.

 

The competition EDM achieved a CTR of over 60% and increased the database by over 1,500.

 

The campaign has resulted in the highest level of engagement and discussion amongst it's fans since their Facebook page opened, all achieved at minimal outlay.

Sales Driven EDM

The Australian label Cooper St recently launched their first designer collaboration with Whitney Port, boasting an eclectic, feminine range of product inspired by LA lifestyle.

 

The campaign launch EDM received a CTR of over 29% and one of the highest rates of revenue per transaction attributed to an EDM this year.
